Try a different one of your social media accounts, or if that doesn’t work, email is another option, but you can always get in as a guest without the benefits of signing in, and then you should get into io.

Do I have to sign up with a social account?

No you don’t, you can go with the email route, or log in as a guest and get none of the perks of signing up for free.

How do I make a playlist?

Once you’ve got the song/songs you simply tap on it, and a menu appears where you can create a new playlist with this song, or add it to a previous one.

How do I pay for a subscription?

You don't have to pay. It's completely free for all users.

Can I download the music ?
Unfortunately not, but you can leave them in the playlists that you can make for listening to later, and for whenever you please.
Does io use my mobile data?
When you are listening without a WiFi connection, there has to be someway for us to connect to you, so yes we will use some of your data.
How do I edit which songs are on my playlist?
You go onto the playlist that you wish to change, tap on the 3 dot menu and then select delete track. You can also delete an entire playlist the same way.
